SEOM started as an idea in early 2007 in Barranquilla. The Founder, Edgar Quintero, realized that there are virtually ZERO companies effectively offering SEO services in Colombia, let alone Multilingual SEO in Latin America. Seeing this as a great opportunity, he immediately started developing the company with a vision. That vision is the driving force behind SEOM.
